Fresh off the back of their recent show supporting the mighty The Jesus and Mary Chain (for which they were personally selected), Portsmouth's psychedelic shoegazers Is Bliss return with their explosive new track 'Into The Dream'. The track opens with guitarist Jimmy Stuart's groovy synthesized sitar hook dancing exotically over deep fuzzy bass guitar and percussive drums before erupting into a climactic psychy wall of noise My Bloody Valentine meets The Black Angels style. Towards the end Is Bliss strip it right back down to some crazy sounding synthesizers as Speakman's drums carry the song to its eventual end. The new single comes alongside news of a new EP, The Honeycomb Explosion, coming out on cult shoegaze label Club AC30 (home of Ringo Deathstarr and Flyying Colours) on the 19th of May. -HLMX
